SHIPPING & RETURNS
Online purchases have the option for standard shipping only. The processing time of new orders is generally 2-4 days before it leaves our location (depending on current order volume and lead time). Times of high order volume (during sales/ holidays) can increase these turn around times. We recommend calling in any orders with a deadline to ensure we can meet your requirements
All products that are manufactured by TXTR CUSTOMS are handled with the most thorough care from assembly to packaging. TXTR CUSTOMS offers no warranty on finishes and no items are refundable for an unsatisfactory finish. If items are damaged please see Shipping Claims. Items that are sent raw should be stored away properly to prevent rust.

If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the shipping driver or shipping facility immediately before opening to start a claim. TXTR CUSTOMS will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to notify the shipping company can result in a loss or recourse to the damaged items. TXTR CUSTOMS is not responsible for any missing items that have been signed for by the purchaser or user. The purchaser or user must contact TXTR CUSTOMS within 30 days of any shortages in shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items returned must be within 60 days of the date of shipment and must be accompanied with the original invoice. Items must be shipped pre-paid. Make a copy of your original invoice for your own records. Refunds will be issued the same method as the original payment. No refunds will be granted after 60 days of purchase. Refunds will only be given on items in the unpainted, unmodified, and unused condition, never installed. If you send an item back that does not meet these guidelines you will have the option of paying to ship it back to you or having us dispose of the item with no refund There are no refunds or exchanges on any special ordered item.
